An important First Step

You’ll notice OSEA’s Head Start Awareness Week flyer features the tagline “The First Step.” This simple slogan delivers the honest message that, for more than 8,000 of Oregon’s children, Head Start is the first step in their educational journey, as well as their first step toward making their dreams come true.
